Sliding doors are the most popular choice for villa living rooms and pool areas. We build multi panel sliding systems with corner meeting stiles for seamless indoor outdoor flow. Folding doors (bifold) stack to one side and open up an entire wall. Hinged doors come in single or French style double configurations. We also make custom arched doors, designed doors with decorative muntins, and batten style utility doors. Every door system uses tempered or laminated glass with your choice of clear, tinted, or frosted finishes.
We install fixed windows, casement windows (side opening), tilt and turn windows, and custom arched windows. For energy efficiency, we offer thermal break profiles with double glazed Low E coated units that significantly reduce heat transfer. This is especially important for west facing windows in Dubai where afternoon sun heats the glass surface above 60 degrees.
We use Euroart and GU brand hardware for handles, locks, and hinges. All aluminum profiles are powder coated in RAL colors. Popular choices include RAL 9010 white, RAL 7021 grey, RAL 8024 brown, and custom wood grain texture finishes that look like timber but have the durability of aluminum.
A thermal break profile has an insulating strip between the inner and outer aluminum sections. This prevents heat from conducting through the frame. It makes the door or window much more energy efficient and reduces condensation on the interior side.
For a standard villa, replacing or installing 5 to 8 doors and windows takes about 2 to 3 days on site. Fabrication in our workshop takes 10 to 15 working days from drawing approval.
