SAQ Technical Services provides structural building works and swimming pool development for residential and commercial properties throughout the UAE. This division handles concrete work, foundation preparation, site grading, retaining walls, boundary wall building, and general contracting for villa renovation and new-build developments.
Pool Development Scope
- Excavation and reinforced concrete shell forming
- Waterproofing membrane application
- Mosaic or porcelain tiling and coping
- Filtration, pump, and heating system installation
- Surrounding deck finishing and drainage
We build overflow, skimmer, and plunge pools in custom sizes to fit the site layout. Each pool is engineered for the specific soil conditions and water table depth at the project location.
