Custom stainless steel fabrication in Dubai. Railings, cladding, structural steel, and decorative metalwork in SS 304 and SS 316L for residential and commercial projects.
Stainless steel is the material of choice when you need strength, corrosion resistance, and a clean finish that does not need painting. We fabricate stainless steel railings, handrails, bollards, cladding panels, structural brackets, and decorative elements. Our workshop handles cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and polishing in house.
SS 304 is the standard grade for interior stainless steel work. It is durable and cost effective for indoor applications. SS 316L adds molybdenum to the alloy which makes it resistant to chloride and salt corrosion. In Dubai, we always recommend SS 316L for anything outdoors, near pools, or in coastal areas. The price difference is around 20 to 30 percent more, but the longevity makes it worth the investment. We have seen SS 304 installations near the coast start showing tea staining within 6 months.
We offer brushed (satin) finish, mirror polish, bead blasted, and PVD coated stainless steel. Brushed finish is the most popular for railings and structural elements. Mirror polish is used for decorative pieces and high end interiors. PVD coating adds color (gold, rose gold, black, bronze) while maintaining the stainless steel durability underneath.
SS 304 is the standard stainless steel grade suitable for indoor use. SS 316L has added molybdenum which provides superior resistance to salt and chloride corrosion. For Dubai outdoor applications, especially near the coast or pools, SS 316L is the correct choice.
Yes. We handle everything from a single custom bracket to full building handrail systems. No job is too small if it involves stainless steel fabrication.
We grind and polish all welds to match the surrounding surface finish. For visible joints, our welders use TIG welding which produces cleaner welds with less heat distortion. The final result is a smooth finish with no visible weld marks.
