CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. It means a machine cuts metal based on a digital design file with accuracy measured in fractions of a millimeter. We use CNC cutting to produce decorative panels, facade screens, mashrabiya patterns, privacy screens, entrance canopies, and custom architectural elements. The material can be aluminum, steel, or stainless steel depending on the application.
Most of our CNC work falls into a few categories. Decorative facade panels for building exteriors, usually in aluminum 3mm to 6mm thick. Privacy screens and room dividers for villas and offices. Pergola ceiling panels with Islamic geometric patterns. Entrance gate panels and boundary wall infills. We work from architect drawings, DXF files, or we can design the pattern based on what you describe. Popular patterns in the UAE include Islamic geometric, Moroccan, contemporary linear, and organic leaf designs.
For exterior panels, we use aluminum sheet 3mm to 5mm thick. It is lightweight, corrosion resistant, and takes powder coating well. For structural applications or heavy duty screens, we use mild steel with hot dip galvanizing before powder coating. Stainless steel is used where the client wants a brushed or mirror polished natural metal finish without paint. All powder coating is done in RAL colors with options for matte, gloss, or textured finishes.
You send us a design or describe what you want. We prepare a detailed shop drawing with the pattern, dimensions, and mounting details. After your approval, we cut the panels on our CNC machine, clean and deburr the edges, then send them for powder coating. Finished panels come back to our workshop for quality check and test fitting before we deliver to site for installation. Our team handles the mounting using concealed brackets, Z clips, or direct fix methods depending on the surface.
Our CNC machine handles sheets up to 2500mm x 1250mm in a single pass. For larger panels, we cut in sections and join them with concealed connections so the pattern flows continuously across the surface.
Yes. We accept DXF, DWG, AI, and PDF files. If you have a hand sketch or a reference photo, we can also create the digital design for you. We send a shop drawing for your approval before cutting.
For exterior facade panels, we recommend 3mm to 5mm aluminum. Thicker material is more rigid and handles wind loads better. For interior decorative screens, 2mm to 3mm is sufficient.
Powder coated aluminum CNC panels need almost no maintenance. A wash with water every few months to remove dust is enough. The powder coating protects the metal from UV and corrosion for 10 to 15 years.
