Traditional and modern mashrabiya screen design and installation in Dubai. CNC cut aluminum mashrabiya panels for privacy, facades, and architectural features across UAE.
Mashrabiya is a traditional Arabic architectural element originally made from turned wood lattice. It served two purposes: providing privacy for interior spaces while allowing airflow and filtered light. Today, we recreate mashrabiya patterns using CNC cut aluminum, which gives you the same visual effect but with materials that last decades in Dubai weather without any maintenance.
We install mashrabiya screens as building facade cladding, privacy screens between villas, room dividers in hotel lobbies, fence panel inserts, window screens, and balcony railings. The panels are CNC cut from aluminum sheet (3mm to 5mm thick) and powder coated in any RAL color. Popular finishes include sand colors to match traditional architecture, white for modern villas, and dark bronze for contemporary buildings.
We have a library of traditional Islamic geometric patterns ready to produce. We also create custom patterns based on architect specifications or client references. Common motifs include star and cross patterns, hexagonal tessellations, arabesques, and geometric interlocking designs. Each pattern can be adjusted for density, which controls how much light and air passes through. A denser pattern provides more privacy but less airflow.
We use CNC cut aluminum sheet, typically 3mm to 5mm thick. Aluminum is lightweight, does not rust, and takes powder coating well. This means the mashrabiya pattern lasts for decades outdoors in Dubai without maintenance.
Yes. We work from architect drawings, DXF files, or reference images. If you have a specific pattern in mind, we can digitize it and prepare a shop drawing for your approval before cutting.
Panels are mounted using concealed Z clips, aluminum angle brackets, or a subframe system depending on the surface. For facade applications, we design a structural subframe that holds the panels at the correct offset from the building wall.
