Professional aluminum pergola installation in Dubai. Fixed and louvered designs for villas, gardens, and outdoor living areas across the UAE.
Dubai weather puts every outdoor structure to the test. Temperatures above 45 degrees in summer, humidity that corrodes unprotected metal, and sand that gets into everything. That is why we use aluminum alloy 6063 T5 for our pergola installations. It does not rust, it does not warp, and a properly powder coated finish will hold its color for 15 years or more.
We have installed pergolas across Palm Jumeirah, Damac Hills, JVT, Tilal Al Ghaf, Town Square, and Mira Oasis. Each project starts with a site visit where we measure the area, check the mounting surface, and discuss what the client actually needs. Some people want full shade for a BBQ area. Others want a louvered roof they can open and close depending on the season. We build both.
Our standard pergola column is 150 x 150 mm aluminum tube. For larger spans, we go up to 200 x 200 mm. Louvers are typically 100 x 50 mm profile, either fixed horizontal or adjustable depending on the design. We powder coat everything using Jotun or Interpon coatings in RAL colors. Popular finishes in Dubai include RAL 7021 (charcoal grey), RAL 9010 (white), and RAL 8024 (brown). We also do wooden texture finishes on the louvers while keeping the structure in a solid color.
Horizontal louvers welded in place at a fixed angle. Good for consistent shade with some airflow. No moving parts, no maintenance.
Motorized louvers that rotate from fully open to fully closed. Control sunlight and rain protection with a remote. Somfy motors, IP65 rated.
Clear or tinted polycarbonate sheets on an aluminum frame. Lets light through while blocking rain. Common for garden and BBQ areas.
Aluminum composite panel roof for full weather protection. Solid coverage, clean modern look. Often combined with CNC perforated ceiling panels underneath.
Every pergola project follows the same steps. We visit the site, take measurements, and assess the base surface. Then we prepare shop drawings for your approval. Once approved, fabrication starts in our Al Jaddaf workshop. Typical fabrication takes 10 to 15 working days depending on the design. When the pieces are ready, our installation crew comes to site with all hardware. Most residential pergolas are installed in 2 to 3 days. We anchor the columns using chemical anchor bolts into concrete, or base plates bolted to the slab depending on the surface.
We install pergolas across Dubai and the UAE. Our recent projects include villas in Palm Jumeirah, Damac Hills, Tilal Al Ghaf, JVT, Meadows, Town Square, Mira Oasis, and Al Barsha South. We also take projects in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. If you are outside Dubai, we still do the site visit. We just need to plan the logistics.
Pergola prices in Dubai depend on the size, material, and roof type. A basic fixed louver aluminum pergola for a standard villa garden starts from around AED 350 to AED 500 per square meter. Motorized louvered pergolas with Somfy motors go higher, typically AED 600 to AED 900 per square meter. We provide free site visits and detailed quotations so you know the exact cost before committing.
From the day you approve the shop drawing, fabrication takes 10 to 15 working days. Installation on site takes 2 to 3 days for most residential pergolas. Larger commercial projects may take up to a week on site.
Very little. Powder coated aluminum does not rust or fade for 10 to 15 years. We recommend hosing it down once a month to remove dust and sand buildup. If you have motorized louvers, the motor has a 5 year warranty and typically lasts much longer.
For most villa communities in Dubai, a pergola does not require a separate building permit if it is within your plot boundary and under a certain height. However, some communities like Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills have their own guidelines. We can advise you during the site visit based on your specific location.
Aluminum alloy 6063 T5 is the best choice for Dubai. It handles the heat, humidity, and salt air without corroding. Steel pergolas are cheaper but rust within a few years in this climate unless heavily maintained. Wood needs constant treatment and still warps. Aluminum lasts the longest with the least maintenance.
